Просочился мне недавно на ящик спам (на этот ящик спам приходит очень редко). Спам оказался очень любопытным. Мне сообщили, что я выиграл миллион евро (ничего странного, конечно, я ж хороший, для меня миру не жалко какого-то миллиона евро, главное, чтобы я его не растратил тут же на благотворительность, забыв купить себе хотя бы носки и новый компутер).
Ну так вот, я почитал, усиленно скребя и наскребая остатки познаний аглицкого говору, и нигде не нашёл подвоха. Денег не просили, а предлагали. Понятно даже ежу, что подвох должон быть, а его нет (подвоха нет, а не ежа).

Был бы я совсем занудой и совсем не романтиком, если бы плюнул сразу не проверил что к чему.
Совместными усилиями людей и электронных словарей, я составил на этом, Богу противном наречии несколько фраз и отправил их обратно. (Дескать, Вы мне писали про деньги, так как бы мне их получить?)
Мне ответили, и даже выслали форму в PDF для заполнения. Предложили выбрать два варианта доставки - банковским переводом или курьером (мля!! приедет прямо домой мужик с чемоданом денег, сам уедет, а чемодан останется!!!! чума!!!)
Ради скорости процесса я решил завести валютный счёт в банке (не ржать!) и завёл-таки. Заодно получил новый опыт, сравнил проценты со вкладов в разных банках..
Между прочим прям-таки экзистенциальный кризис начался. Меня (и не только меня) потрясывало от волнения. Ly почти сразу спросила: "а ты меня теперь не бросишь?". Когда я сказал, что разве что в терновый куст, объявила что после получения приза тут же побежит увольняться с работы
Я тоже не остался бы на своей основной, а вот на неосновную ушёл бы. И пару мультфильмов бы снял на свои. И тренинговый центр бы открыл. Я прикинул кому из друзей и по сколько я могу подарить - оказалось, что миллион евро довольно маленькая сумма. Если её после выплаты всех подоходных положить в банк и получать проценты, получится неплохая месячная зарплата. Но не сумасшедшая. А если сразу накупить чего хочется, особенно недвижимость (не слишком понтовую, кстати), то остатки можно пропивать долго, но не бесконечно. А как тут некоторые мечтали про особняк и 50 Га с лошадьми и домиком для чайных оргий - так может и не хватило бы.
В такой ситуации очень хорошо думается про всякую судьбу, случайность и чудеса.
Первая появившаяся странность - в форме посили указать реквизиты моего банка, но не было сточки, куда надо вписать номер счёта. Пришлось вписывать между строк и в сопроводительном письме указать на эту странность.
А потом пошла веселуха. Оказывается, чтобы получить мой миллион, надо выслать им (на всякие налоги и т.п.) каких-то жалких 1800 фунтов.
Согласитесь, деньги жалкие для миллионера. И поэтому мне стало этих денег логично жалко. Не хочу, блин, я им эти деньги высылать. Так и написал, что живу-то я в России, и у меня нет таких денег! Зато готов оплатить все расходы ПОСЛЕ получения выигрыша.
